Frankie brings her dance knowledge into her classes at Barrecore, through the precision of technique and use of breath.
Aside from teaching at Barrecore Frankie is also studying Pranic Healing and pursuing her performing career. She graduated from The London Studio Centre with a degree in Musical Theatre.
"Frankie was a tough, but motivating instructor. She remembered all of our names, made great modifications for me because of my bad knees, and was super friendly (but worked all of us!!) Proper technique is so important in barre in preventing injuries and working the muscles to fatigue, and this studio really focuses on it. Frankie used the Pilates ball for incredibly tough glutes workout. However tough it was, i was never made to feel bad when i would pause and take a break :-) Also, during a typical barre class, i usually steal glances at my phone from time to time anxiously checking to see how much time remains that i have to get through the torture — but not in this class — the 60 minutes went by so quickly! Maybe it was Frankie’s jokes!! From the second I arrived everyon was so friendly — I felt immediately welcomed and a part of their studio " - Debbie
