Vicki is an all-sports enthusiast with a particular passion for tennis. She played professionally as a junior before enrolling at Yale University where she played for the team and graduated with a BA in German Lit. Discovering Barrecore as a client when she started a city job in London 5 years ago, Vicki brings an athletic approach to class, being a firm believer in the benefits that barre brings to any other type of sports training while also leaning out your muscles.
Aside from teaching Barrecore classes, Vicki is also an MSc student in Consciousness, Spirituality & Transpersonal Psychology, a certified Pause Place Practitioner, a Level II Reiki Practitioner, a general health & wellness nut, a graduate from Yale University - and a certified Holistic Wellness Coach through the International Association of Wellness Professionals. Together with Barrecore she now offers Holistic Wellness Coaching to maximise our clients' wellbeing in - and out of - the studio. In these sessions, our clients work with Vicki to uncover and tackle their wellbeing challenges and goals holistically in each aspect of their lives, from nutrition and rest, to mindset and purpose. You can name your playlist, add as many videos as you'd like to it, and remove/reorder the videos in your playlist to suit your training needs.
To remove a video from a playlist, simply click the 'x' on the video in the playlist view that you no longer want to watch, and confirm to remove.
To re-order it, just click the left '<' and right '>' arrows of the video in the playlist, to swap it with the video next to it.
You'll find your favourite playlists saved for you once you have signed in.
